We are looking for an experienced Partner Performance Analyst to analyze partner performance data with the goal of improving operational efficiency and driving overall performance improvements. As networks and cyber threats evolve rapidly, it is critical to ensure that our customers’ security capabilities stay ahead. The Engage Services programs enable our partners to strengthen customer relationships while expertly deploying, operating, and maintaining security solutions that protect customer investments. Key Responsibilities: As a member of the Fortinet Global Partner Support & Services team, the successful Partner Performance Analyst will conduct data analysis to drive efficiency improvements and enhance overall support and service delivery performance. In this role, the candidate will create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to monitor and present reliable data, ensuring the success of our programs.
