Job Summary: The Financial Analyst 3-Revenue provides comprehensive and coordinated revenue analytics in support of data driven insights and decision making by operational leaders. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to understand the client's business situation and develop data driven insights at the highest level that can be understood and implemented. Collaborates with other Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team members, Hospital Finance, Administration, Service Line Leadership, Managed Care, Contracting, Billing, Coding and other departments to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve performance. Assists with payor performance analytics, payor contract modeling, managed care performance, service line revenue analytics and other forms of revenue analytics and expected reimbursement reporting. Acts as an internal expert for advising and educating management on areas of revenue and reimbursement. Participates in or leads projects of moderate to high complexity as assigned.
