Stay, Grow, and Get Rewarded: Earn Up to $1,000 in Retention Bonuses $500 at 90 Days & $500 at 180 Days Job Summary: Emblem Machine Operators are responsible for applying emblems (like patches or logos) to garments and apparel utilizing emblem machine(s) Essential Functions and Responsibilities includes the information below. Management reserves the right to assign other duties as needed. - Set up machine to include threading of needles and bobbins - Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain high quality performance - Position garments and patches in correct placement on machine - Test operation of machine periodically and perform basic machine maintenance to include cleaning, replacing needles and bobbins, etc. - Fix issues that might occur during the shift - Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and assure finished garment conforms to pick ticket instructions - Follow standard operating procedures to achieve productivity and quality standards - Cross train and work in other areas within Production/Warehouse as needed Qualifications (Experience/Knowledge/Systems/Applications or Equipment): - Proven experience as a machine operator and familiari...
