3rd Shift SRI Team Leader The SRI Team Leader will support the SRI Supervisor’s plans in maintaining the efficiency of the productivity, ensuring the safety of the team members, developing continuous improvement activities and implementing any necessary 5S or 3 Pillar activities. Other duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader include: - Determine where team members will be placed taking the absenteeism into account - Complete PM checksheet items, all final checks, PCS and QCS sheets line sides, and Complete any daily tracking charts. - Review production report from previous shift. - Review and Complete Communication Log and Inform Team Members of Abnormal Situations - Review and discuss any quality issues or customer issues from previous day. Go over any operator issues then address them. - Complete Mfg. Check sheets for the first piece - Monitor Sekisyo stand should be clear from the previous shift. Rotate first piece on the first and final sekisyo stand. - Perform Mfg. Hourly check sheets and communicate any problems or counter measures put in place to the appropriate personnel - Facilitate safety communication to team member.
