VP Chief Of Staff, Americas Mobility Location: Remote ( Prefer Eastern USA) Job Summary: This role will work closely with the COO Americas for Mobility (OTR, NA Fleet, Merchant and Partner, and Growth Businesses), and Corporate Payments on a wide range of high-impact initiatives that are critical to the performance and long-term success of the business. As a strategic partner to the COO, the Chief of Staff will serve as an extension of the executive, helping to drive alignment, focus, and the cross-functional orchestration required for others to execute effectively across a complex, multi-line-of-business organization. This is a highly visible role with enterprise-wide impact, responsible for enhancing decision-making, strengthening operating rigor, and improving the speed and efficiency of execution across the Americas organization. Acting as a force multiplier for the COO, the Chief of Staff will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensure accountability across leadership teams, and proactively identify and remove obstacles to progress.
