PROJECT MANAGER (JOURNEYMAN)

Job description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Project Manager (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support program execution across multiple workstreams focused on business process improvement, Agile delivery, and operational modernization. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across stakeholders to ensure successful execution. This position involves supporting Agile ceremonies, maintaining project artifacts, and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
