The Regional Delivery Lead (RDL) strategically drives efficient program and project delivery within their assigned Professional Services region. This role demands leadership in strategic planning, comprehensive financial oversight, advanced operational support, and proactive personnel development. The RDL acts as a pivotal liaison, aligning regional teams with the PMO to execute strategic initiatives, maintain robust portfolio health, and enforce delivery best practices. This position requires a seasoned leader capable of expertly navigating complex projects, facilitating proactive escalation resolution, and cultivating a highly collaborative team environment, all while consistently focusing on driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. What You Will Do: Drive alignment between North America services delivery and other Red Hat stakeholders such as Account Executives, Territory Service Managers (TSMs), Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers and Customer success.
