About the Role InterScripts is seeking a highly experienced and strategic partnerships leader to drive and scale our Microsoft and Workday alliance ecosystem within the healthcare industry. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving co-sell opportunities, developing healthcare-focused GTM initiatives, and generating measurable revenue growth through Microsoft, Workday, and enterprise consulting partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with enterprise technology alliances, healthcare transformation initiatives, consulting/SI environments, and executive stakeholder management. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who understands how hyperscalers, enterprise software providers, consulting firms, and healthcare organizations collaborate to create large-scale transformation opportunities. Travel Requirement: Approximately: 25%–40% travel based on partner meetings, healthcare client engagements, industry conferences, executive briefings, and alliance activities.
