Key Account Executive (Hybrid) Position Summary: As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi-location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts. Job Description: Compensation & Benefits: - 1st year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000 with a salary and bonus structure - Compensation range includes commissions on sales. The rate of commissions paid varies from 0% to 12%, depending on product, amount and price sold. - Mileage and expense reimbursement - Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan Responsibilities: - Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, along with the local sales team, to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
