SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician – Electrician (Critical Environments) i s responsible for supporting the safe, reliable operation of critical environment spaces within two commercial office towers in Downtown Toronto. This role provides day-to-day site coverage, inspections, basic troubleshooting, service response, documentation, and vendor coordination for electrical, mechanical, UPS, generator, fuel, controls, and related critical facility systems. The successful candidate will act as a first responder for critical environment issues, perform approved work within their electrical licence and site procedure limits, and help ensure uptime, safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to client operations. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Critical Environment Operations: Performs regular walkthroughs, inspections, readings, logging, housekeeping checks, and alarm response for critical environment spaces and supporting building systems. Monitors WAN/LAN/AV rooms, telecom rooms, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, and other critical equipment areas to support uptime and uninterrupted client operations.
