Accounting Leader (Full-Time)

Proposed Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Position Summary: The Accounting Leader shall have responsibility for managing the general ledger for Hudson Headwaters Health Network and affiliates and shall work with the accounting team to provide accurate and timely financial information. The Leader’s responsibility includes oversight of the general ledger related to the requirements for Medicare Cost Reports, Medicaid Cost Reports and the annual audit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for management of HHHN general ledger, including maintaining chart of accounts. - Directs the monthly general ledger close. - Responsible for ensuring supporting schedules are reconciled to the general ledger including assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses that need to be maintained for the annual audit. - Reconciles accruals & inventories on a monthly basis. - Reconciles restricted net assets on a monthly basis in connection with the Network Development team.
