This is a hybrid position. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing data driven recommendations to support compensation deliverables that will require design, collaboration, and project management skills. As a consultative compensation partner, you will be collaborating with managers, leaders, and stakeholders to provide thoughtful compensation analyses, recommend policy and process improvements, and drive projects through completion.
