Description The Devereux TCV and Devereux PLEA team seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and creative grants development professional to join us. As Devereux’s Grants Manager , you will identify, prepare, submit and steward external grants both through private foundations and corporate/government sources in Western Pennsylvania. You will identify strategic priorities of interests to the grants community and lead multi-disciplinary teams of high-level professionals to acquire the necessary program, budget and outcomes information to develop successful grants proposals. Strong writing, analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills will be essential in helping to identify, research, pursue, and steward grants to support the individuals served by TCV and PLEA. Additionally, you will help monitor changes/trends in the grant development environment, particularly in Western Pennsylvania, and serve as internal resource/expert regarding grant development, trends, models and best practices.
