Key Responsibilities Oversees and executes all Bank Funding initiatives and funding strategies for the NY Branch and BKUSA, ensuring sound execution in various funding markets including – but not limited to – CD/CP issuance, deposits, repo financing and intercompany transactions Enhances USD funding capabilities across bank entities to support U.S. business growth and appropriate management of funding costs Ensures appropriate sales relationship management with money fund investors and brokers Collaborate with business partners to ensure efficient and optimal funding for initiatives requiring MHBK balance sheet Leads the efficient operation and continuous improvement of governance meetings and related forums. Acts as a senior support and trusted advisor to Head of Bank Treasury, in matters of best practice funding execution and broader ALM topics where appropriate Strengthens external networks to stay informed of industry trends and refine the bank’s strategic positioning. Monitors and analyzes market and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable recommendations and sharing them across relevant stakeholders.
