Job description

Lead strategic, large-scale programs spanning GPU Deliveries, delivery orchestration, and new product introductions across AI infrastructure. Define and drive execution frameworks, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-org priorities to meet aggressive capacity and launch goals. Anticipate and resolve systemic risks, while establishing long-term program governance and operational excellence. Mentor TPMs and shape roadmap execution for next-gen AI infrastructure initiatives. Lead complex, cross-org programs for GPU deliveries, capacity planning, and new product introductions. Define program strategy, execution frameworks, and governance models across multiple high-impact initiatives. Influence senior leadership and external partners to align priorities, resolve escalations, and drive outcomes. Anticipate systemic risks and implement long-term solutions to scale AI infrastructure delivery and operations. Mentor and guide TPMs while elevating program management standards across the organization.
