About the Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. - Lead a team - Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment - Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard - Complete service requests as required - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Benefits: - Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish - Competitive hourly rate - Uniform and PPE supplied - Vehicle and fuel card supplied - Ongoing safety training programs and resources available - Frequent free team social events - Career progression pathways - Possibility of overtime in warmer months What are we looking for?: - Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation and mulching - Valid Manual Drivers Licence - White Card - Highly regarded: Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children - Ability to follow instructions and work effec...
