This massive position is perfect for a WHSE Advisor/Business Partner ready for a challenge to step into a managerial position. Based in Mascot, Sydney and reporting to the Senior Director Health & Safety Global based in the USA and dotted line reporting to the Senior Leadership Team based in Sydney, you will direct all Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (WHSE) activities across the APAC region being Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. About the Role: This critical position will work closely with the Operational Leadership, Human Resources, and other Functional Support Teams to develop and maintain an effective health, safety, and environmental management system across APAC. A core focus of this position will be enabling and empowering managers and employees to actively practice and promote WHSE policies, procedures, and wellbeing initiatives while ensuring legislative compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
