About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. We are currently looking to fill 1 permanent part time position. You must be available for all shifts listed below: Week 1 Monday 6am to 9:30am: Thursday 6am to 9am: Friday 6am to 9am: Saturday 2pm to 8pm: Sunday 11:30pm to 9:30am (active) Week 2: Opportunity to pick up additional shifts, no set shifts *Please Note: It is important to understand that our clients’ needs, and their support plans can change which also means that our roster lines may change and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
