Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Data Associate Architect to join our growing team. The Associate Data/EDI Architect (ADA) will be responsible for key operational aspects for the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. A key area of focus for the ADA will be working with the configuration teams (data/EDI and implementation architects), typically on low to moderate complexity customers. This includes mentoring of less experienced teammates to guide them in continuous process improvement and meeting quality expectations and production deadlines. In addition, the ADA will play a key role in addressing technical inquiries across EBTech’s benefits administration software platforms. You will use your system development knowledge, health and welfare expertise and project management experience in implementing new customers and expanding current customer relationships.
