Individual Placement - Lumberman's Monument Recreation Technician

Job description

Position Summary Candidate will work closely with Forest Visitor Information Specialists and visitor center staff at Lumberman's Monument Visitor's Center. The work performed will be taxing and successful applicants must be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working inside and outside, in a team setting and weather conditions (rainy, hot/humid, etc.) for 8 hours per day, weekend and holiday work is required. The candidate will provide assistance to the daily operations and management of a very busy US Forest Service Visitor Center. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with other departments and become familiarized with the agency and will have opportunities to accomplish all goals and requirements for successful completion on their position.
