Benefit eligible positions include: Eliot’s Homeless Services Division is seeking a dedicated Housing First Coordinator to join our Community Support Team which provides housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults who are in transition to housing pre- and post- move in. Eliot is committed to a Housing First Model that prioritizes permanent housing as the initial step in assisting individuals experiencing homelessness. In this role you will provide person-centered, strengths-based case-management.
