Your job is more than a job · Functional Architect is limited to a maximum of 5 hours of application specific Customer Service meetings weekly. Should these meeting time exceed this limit, they will coordinate with their lead or manager to adjust their schedules or have the lead attend additional meetings on their behalf. This does not include meetings related to tickets. · Attend meetings with the IT Project Management team to review and discuss new, current, upcoming, and completed projects to determine scope, priority, and resource needs. · Attend Implementation/Planning/PM meetings associated with all team projects. Representing the interests of assigned applications - taking notes for future internal/team reference. · Attend Topline calls with Revenue Cycle leaders to discuss project priorities. · Coordinate calls with other application FAs when necessary with minutes to reference as needed. · Coordinate internal project kick-off calls to onboard assigned analysts to projects.
