Description The 2nd Shift Production I Team Lead will be responsible for the operation of a section within the Manufacturing function, supporting the Supervisor with the day-to-day management of their manufacturing area, overseeing a group of employees, and ensuring an efficient operation in achieving business targets. They will provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinate their workloads, provide support to ensure that the team delivers, monitor any issues, and ensure production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met to meet the requirements of the customer. This position also requires the lead to develop the team by focusing on individual performance and supporting requirements to achieve high standards, while fostering a culture of working safely.
