POSITION SUMMARY: An Optician is a trusted eyewear consultant who combines clinical knowledge with a passion for style and service to help patients achieve their best possible vision. In this role, you’ll guide patients through personalized lens and frame selections based on doctor recommendations, while creating a welcoming, boutique-style shopping experience. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, delivering clear education, and making each patient feel confident in their choices. Beyond patient interaction, the Optician plays a key role in maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail space, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate, timely order processing. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, attention to detail, and creativity—balancing hands-on styling with essential administrative responsibilities like insurance coordination and optical lab order preparation.
