Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: Castlebar Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor Shift Pattern: Day Shift Job Summary: To provide efficient and effective day to day tasks of the dispatch, packing and goods in departments. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the data entry and inventory of stock - Provides clerical support for Warehouse Management - Assist with general duties within the warehouse environment - Obtaining and filing of all POD’s - Ability to follow processes, procedures and follow H.S.E guidelines as per company policy - Performing and recording stock checks promptly and accurately - Ability to scrutinise warehouse data reports as per internal/external audit requirements - Arrange and organise transport, couriers to pick up and deliver material - Planning and organising external services from suppliers and vendors - Quarantine stock and arrange rework - Generate picking notes from the warehouse management system - Complete work tickets after pack & file - Correct book in of material for errors - Return stock physically and on WMS to obtain true stock accuracy and valuations - Any other duties and responsibilities management deem appropriate from time to time S...
