Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Ownership: Partner with field operations leadership to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process. Candidate Experience: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and coordinate all interview stages (virtual and in-person). Strategic Sourcing: Utilize traditional and non-traditional methods (career fairs, community networking, and social media) to attract top-tier talent. Offer Management: Deliver and explain offer letters, including details on benefits, compensation, and corporate policies.
