Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a (hybrid) Sr. Program Manager based in Indianapolis, IN to serve as a key leader within the North America Transformation Office, responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact commercial growth, operational productivity, and system modernization across the region. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $135,000 - $155,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
