Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) Opportunity in our Long Term Care setting in Juneau, WI. - Wage Ranges: $48-$52 per hour - Opportunity for consistent PRN hours each week - Long Term Care Setting includes - Short term rehab, Long-term residents, & Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities - Unique opportunity to assist in the subacute brain injury center! We have a very supportive team including: PT, OT, neuropsych, psychiatry, and physiatry. We have group treatments, co-treatments, household events and outings.
