Employment Type: Hourly Shift: Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Summary: The plant Training Coordinator is resposible for delivery of training content, revision of training materials and tracking of training completion, qualification and re-certification of hourly employees. This role ensures that that the various departments that it supports has the right learning delivered in the proper timeline to support the growth and development of employees. Responsibility for coordinating training and learning assessment activities to comply with regulatory organizations (such as OSHA, EPA and FDA). Will utilize eLearning and other electronic tools to deliver training (such as Alchemy, TPC and Foundational Knowledge). This role will be a key role in the development of competency based learning, introduction of new trianing delivery methods as well as working hand in hand with other departments such as EHS, Quality, WCM and Operations.
