The Recreation Attendant's duty is to work with the management team, Board of Directors and committee members to ensure that residents have a variety of activities, events & fitness options to enjoy. Duties include but are not limited to: - Work under the supervision of the Onsite Community Association Manager to assist with the implementation of life-enriching events and activities - Have a proven track record of reliability and timeliness. - Strong computer skills and the ability to process and work with facility reservations and set-ups for multiple amenities. - Acute attention to detail when working to confirm contract details with outside vendors for club, private, and lifestyle events. - Assist with department bookkeeping. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with grace under pressure when assisting with facilitating events with time constraints. - Excellent customer service skills and the utmost p...
