As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Service Foreman. The role of the Service Foreman exercises direct supervisory responsibility assigned Service Technicians. Assists in diagnosis of mechanical difficulties and recommending needed repairs where applicable. Assists the Service Advisor in greeting customers, selling service labor, writing repairs orders, and estimates the costs of repairs within set guidelines. - Daily supervision and performance management of service technicians. Schedule and assign work as required. - Work with Service Manager in managing technicians and repair scheduling to maximize work efficiency and quality of work performed. - Work with Service Advisor to scheduling work in the shop and communicate with customers. - Check and review work in process to ensure completion is complete as scheduled to meet the customer’s expectations. - Work...
