Hardware Design Engineer 3

Job description

We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to support our technology initiatives. A viable candidate needs the following: - Experience designing and developing ASIC/FPGA/SoC microelectronics including simulation, verification, and debugging - Experience with HDL coding (Verilog/VHDL) - A deep understanding of digital logic and analog circuits - Knowledge and understanding of computer architecture and semiconductor physics - Knowledge of physical ASIC design and fabrication including place and route tools and semiconductor manufacturing - Familiar with commercial software tools to build circuit schematics and simulate or verify designs (Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, etc..) Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional hardware design engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. - Twelve (12) years’ experience as a Hardware Design Engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design or reverse engineering of the same is required. - Current TS/SCI with Polygraph required Benefits: InterImage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
