Support the Controller in leading accounting operations, including month-end close and financial statement preparation. Enhance accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation. Lead purchase accounting and technical accounting initiatives, ensuring proper treatment of complex transactions. Develop and mentor accounting team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Serve as a key partner in audit processes and external stakeholder interactions.
