This includes overseeing the overall operations and services associated with assigned departmental duties, ensuring work is performed within the appropriate scope of complexity as defined by accrediting agencies. The MRT helps maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards through established policies, processes, protocols, and procedures, and participates in the education and training of students and employees, including maintaining training and competency evaluation programs.
