Job Title: Shipper Department: Processing Shipping: Location: Trillium Farms- Johnstown, Ohio: Reports To: Logistics Manager: Job Type: Full Time: Job Summary: The Shipper is responsible for managing the efficient and accurate flow of products in and out of the facility. This role involves staging, loading, and unloading customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment and inventory management. Essential Job Functions: - Stage and load orders, separating pallets by specific stores - Load and unload trailers containing carts, pallets, and boxes - Manage, record, and report egg and packaging inventories - Document all inbound and outbound loads accurately - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently - Follow all GMPs, FDA, and USDA regulations, including biosecurity and food defense programs - Monitor food safety, quality, and accuracy throughout shifts - Maintain cleanliness of coolers, trailers, and processing facilities - Assist with palletizing and other warehouse duties as needed - Comm...
