Description As our Security Gaurd , you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests and team members through ongoing surveillance of all areas of the resort. This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Be readily available and approachable for all guests. - Take proactive approached when dealing with guest’s concerns. - Always extend professionalism and courtesy to guests - Knows local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the resort. - Recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards, such as broken doors or railings, fire hazards, etc. - Identifies and corrects potential security problems, such as locking doors after hours, etc. - Understands and follows policies and procedures for the resort's key control system. - Patrols lobbies, corridors, and public rooms, confers with management, interviews guests and employees, and interrogates persons to detect infringements and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalisms, and accidents. - Patrols public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment. - Warns or ejects troublemakers and cau...
