Customer Service and Collections Representative (Polish & English) Requirements: - Sending emails and payment reminders to the company’s clients - Telephone and email contact with clients regarding overdue payments - Terminating contracts in accordance with current internal procedures - Entering and updating data in the operating system - Document archiving and performing other current administrative tasks as needed, including support for the Collections and Customer Service Departments - Preparing annexes and modifying contracts - Issuing accounting documents - Preparing various reports for internal needs - Ongoing cooperation with other departments in the company -...
