The role As part of our Defence and Delivery group, the Field Service Representative will is responsible for delivering waterfront services to support Saab combat system elements delivered to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). These activities include help desk, Urgent Defect (URDEF) investigations and other technical support. This position provides a direct interface to ship crew and/or waterfront operations. Further, the successful candidate will: Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office, 9 day fortnight and part time (0.8 FTE minimum) will be considered for this role. - Provide technical support for Saab combat system platforms, including ANZAC/LHD/AOR/OPV ship classes and related Land Based Test Sites (LBTS). - Within the tteam, assist with help desk and URDEF enquiries and responses including remote support where necessary. - Support the Operating and Technical Lead to work cohesively with internal Saab and determine complex technical solutions for designated projects. - Responsible to undertake technical support activities such as installation and set to work procedures, commissioning activities including CAT 4/5, Harbour/Sea Acceptance Trials. - Suppor...
