Position Summary Our Yard Associate interacts with customers while inspecting various grades of material upon delivery into the yard. Sort and upgrade materials to meet quality standards per established protocols. Operate small equipment as needed to process and prepare material prior to shipment. Schedule: - Monday – Friday, some Saturdays as needed - 1st shift Responsibilities: - Sort, process and inventory material (Non-Ferrous Metals) by operating shears, balers, loaders and forklifts - Assist with purchasing various grades of recyclable materials from customers. - Support customers with the unloading of materials. - Assist with preparing, packing, and loading materials for shipment. - Sort and process materials in accordance with company standards. - Operate equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or other machinery as needed - Assist with vehicle and appliance processing activities - Conduct basic inspections and documentation as required - Maintain...
