Maintenance Manager Cascade Trails Senior Living: POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining and coordinating repairs of the grounds, the building and equipment in a safe and efficient manner within budget in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job. This position will be required to assist at sister communities upon request. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
