Master Builders is the peak industry association representing building and construction in Queensland since 1882. With over 10,000 members we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. As a senior leader: within the organisation, you will lead our Workplace Relations and Safety teams, bringing strong, practical expertise and a deep understanding of national and state workplace relations frameworks and workplace health and safety laws. With our teams: responding to up to 6,000 member enquiries each year, this is a hands-on role. You will remain close to frontline member issues, including directly supporting our team on member calls, ensuring you maintain real-time insight into the challenges our members are facing. You will play a: critical role as a subject matter expert, supporting the team on complex matters and identifying opportunities to contribute constructively to policy development, advocacy and member service.
