The Job Details: The Engineer 1 position ensures maximum operating efficiency, minimal down time and conformity with all company, state, and federal health and safety rules. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Working knowledge of refrigeration technologies. - Perform duties to plan, schedule, operate, and maintain a refrigeration system. - Good basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical skills. - Possibly assist in emergency response situations. - Keeps all necessary records for the refrigeration system to stay compliant. - Knowledge and practice with HVAC repair. - Responsible for any routine maintenance and general housekeeping of refrigeration systems and warehouse related maintenance. - Conducts daily routine inspections of all refrigeration equipment including Engine Room Log, and keeping of and maintaining records for compressors...
