Job DetailsJob Location: Staunton, IL 62088Position Type: Full Time (80 Hours)Salary Range: $15.25 - $24.00 HourlyJob Shift: NightsJob Category: FacilitiesJob Summary: Responsible for cleaning patient rooms utilizing the seven-step method of cleaning, isolation areas in accordance with protocols, bathrooms and all other areas of the hospital/clinic/physical therapy department according to cleaning schedules. Assist with patient lifting and sitting with a psych patient when there is no tech in ED (when busy). Empties trash, picks up soiled linen and restocks linen in ED, Radiology, 1st and 2nd Floor. Refills paper products, vacuums, wipes surfaces, dust & wet mops, buff the floors, strips and re-waxes floors throughout the hospital in accordance with cleaning schedules. Vacuums entryway rugs and performs snow removal from sidewalks and entry doors. Job Responsibilities: Assist in lifting patients and sit with a psych patient when there is no tech in ED. (when busy) Collects and transports trash and soiled linen safely and appropriately on 1st floor, Emergency Department, Radiology, and 2nd floor nurse station and restocks linen, as needed.
