You will serve as a critical bridge between data, operations, and HR—translating insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and engagement. As a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor, you will report to the Director of Home Health Strategy & Transformation. You will be responsible to: Lead Productivity & Workforce Strategy: Act as the business lead on initiatives related to productivity optimization, pay structure design, and workforce management. Data Partnership & Analysis: Collaborate with data teams to scope, guide, and interpret quantitative analyses. Translate findings into business-relevant insights.
