Clinician Support Specialist Position Summary: Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model that provides holistic care for medically vulnerable adults achieving extraordinary outcomes for the people we serve. This care is provided to adults who reside in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities and private residences through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical and Administrative Support Staff. The Clinician Support Specialist is responsible for enhancing the performance of the clinical care team through supporting and facilitating clinical services with their assigned providers. The Clinician Support Specialist is required to work in the field with the assigned provider as directed by Lead Clinician Support Specialist or Manager/Supervisor. You may be asked to travel to facilities up to 60 miles from your home.
