Responsibilities: In this role, you will: - Support a caseload of K-12 schools and integrate the Tutor Me Education team, school-level staff, and manage Lead Instructors - Act as a mentor for instructors by providing direction, support, and encouragement in all aspects of student services. - Monitor all elements of implementation for a school program, including but not limited to instructor attendance, performance, material distribution, and student achievement through progress monitoring. - Lead and facilitate instructor orientation and training as necessary. - Observe instructors during small group instruction; provide performance coaching to ensure effective classroom management and growth in student achievement. - Complete required documentation following school visits. - Communicate and meet consistently with your supervisor to provi...
