The Job: - Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing. - Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process. - Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets. - Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position. - Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.
