Job description

The Senior Project Analyst provides high-level project management, analytical, and operational support to the Office of Head Start (OHS) Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Hub. This role supports OHS federal staff and TTA system partners by coordinating activities, tracking performance and deliverables, maintaining data and documentation, and supporting quality assurance across TTA initiatives. The Senior Project Analyst ensures that TTA Hub activities are well coordinated, data informed, and aligned with federal priorities, timelines, and quality expectations, enabling the TTA system to effectively support Head Start and Early Head Start recipients nationwide. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analytical and coordination support to OHS staff overseeing the TTA system, including National Centers, Regional TTA specialists, and other partners. - Assist with planning, organizing, and monitoring TTA Hub activities to ensure alignment across regions and content areas. - Aggregate, analyze, and summarize data related to TTA activities, outputs, and trends to support leadership decision making. - Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and reports that communicate TTA Hub progress, chal...
