For our Privacy Officer vacancy, we are looking for a new colleague. Together with your team you are responsible to safeguard Ayvens’ integrity and reputation and to help protect against financial losses and reputational damage, to warrant and promote a full integration of privacy and data protection in daily business activities, expertise and professionalism requirements of applicable laws, regulations, good management practices and internal policies and guidelines within the entire Ayvens group of companies. You are responsible for: - Designing, promoting and explaining privacy related rules, policies and procedures; - Ensuring the consistent implementation of our Privacy Policies across the company; - Creating awareness and increased sense of responsibility for privacy and data protection related laws, rules, policies and procedures amongst management and employees; - Monitoring and reporting on privacy risks and the effectiveness of controls; - Being a trusted advisor for management and advice on mitigation of identif...
