Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Case Intake Coordinator - Boca Raton, FL. The Case Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Florida Atlantic University’s Office of Civil Rights and Title IX (OCR9) by managing the intake, assessment, and coordination of reports and complaints within the office’s purview. Reporting to the OCR9 Executive Director and Associate Director, this position ensures that reports are handled promptly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX, as well as university policies and procedures. The Case Intake Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for OCR9 case intake, working closely with the investigative team to determine jurisdiction, coordinate case assignments, and facilitate timely progression of cases through the investigative workflow.
